Domestic Shipping

We currently ship our products only within Australia. International shipping will be available in the future, so stay tuned!

Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

1. Standard Shipping:
   - Flat rate: $9.99
   - Free for orders over $100

2. Express Shipping:
   - Flat rate: $14.99
   - Free for orders over $150

Order Processing

  • Orders made before 2PM will be dispatched the next business day.
  • Orders made after 2PM will be dispatched within two business days.
  •  You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

 

Important Information

- Change of Address: If a change of address is made directly with your local post office, we will not be held responsible for any loss or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with The Skin Academia via our customer care team prior to your order being shipped. - Return-to-Sender Policy: If a customer fails to collect an item and it is returned, a $15 flat rate is charged for redelivery. This fee covers the cost of reshipping the package. It's important to note that under this policy, no refunds are issued for uncollected items.
- Responsibility for Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
- Non-refundable Shipping Costs: The shipping cost for orders is non-refundable.

Please note: Shipping days do not include weekends or national public holidays.
